1. lie on floor or horizonal, knees bent.
2. with an awareness of the diaphram, begin to cry or laugh, and let them alternate. fake it until you make it.
3. it may feel like a wave and emotional roller-coaster. remember you can be still whenever you choose by just returning to the breath.
