Hee Haw had a recurring bit where someone yelled – "Hey Grandpa! What's for Supper?" And Grandpa Jones would look out a window and list off Southern Country Cookin'. He'd rhyme it. Like poetry – "Tonight you're really in for a treat! I got 3 kinds of pie and 3 kinds of meat." I'm pretty sure some in my family used these segments to plan Sunday menus. #tv #food #southern
