Both BusyBox and ToyBox actually do have an init program, a getty program, and a login program.
BusyBox also has the Almquist shell. ToyBox has a Landley shell. BusyBox even has runit.
It is possible to have a system where even if you are doing various things in a shell you're just invoking the same program image over and over, using all of the same code that is there in process #1.

I'm now gonna try Arch Linux with inits I haven't tried/not yet familiar. I'm curious how it'll all go, lol.
I'm open for any suggestions on what inits to try other than OpenRC, runit, dinit, s6, and sysvinit cos I've already done those, but I'm also open to hear your thoughts and if I should also try them on Arch as well.

4 seconds for Artix Linux runit guy. More or less the same RAM & disk usage compared to its s6 & dinit siblings.
It'll go down to 3 seconds on subsequent reboots but it's alright though. This guy's up there with the Void & Chimera Linux bois.
Okay, ntpd doesn't exist on Artix Linux runit ISO, but openntpd does!
Alright, okay. A little "different" from what I expected but I don't really mind. These distros are for advanced users anyways.
I've been running #artix for a while, and I feel like I need to give #void another try.
The thing that's really holding me back is the AUR. I realize void has xbps-src, so it wouldn't be the end of the world.
Setting dracut to build a UKI with custom boot keys will be new too. Plus I want to see if I can hack it to init with s6 instead of runit 
In any case, if anyone has gone from Arch or Artix to Void, tips are certainly welcome.

After I finish the game on stream, I'll probably go back to Linux stuffs if I'm not in the mood to sleep the whole day off. This time, some Artix and the 4 inits, Arch with the unsupported inits, and making Alpine usable for everyday use.
