🇨🇦A Wolf in Cheap Clothing🇨🇦

I just watched the first three episodes of the new #Netflix #Anime #Ranma1/2. I really enjoyed them, this is saying something because it's the third time I've seen these stories, retold, having read the #Viz translation of the #Mangas and watched the original Ranma anime series. The new series has kept to character models that keep to the original manga designs, but the overall animation is got a hidef and fresh look to it, so it's a excellent anime for new fans as well as old. I will say I've only watched the new show with English dubs so I can't comment on the Japanese cast or subtitles, but the new cast is excellent if jarring to this old fan expecting the original voice casts (Japanese and English) but I did enjoy their different take on these classic characters. I highly recommend this show! ⛩️

I just watched episodes 4 & 5. And I continue to highly recommend this show to any anime fans, especially fans of Ms. Rumiko Takahashi and her manga and the anime based on them. The English dub voice cast is excellent and in my opinion outshines the original anime's English dub cast. I'm greatly looking forward to the rest of the season and hopefully many future seasons to come, plus to see where they while differ from the manga (every anime based on a manga eventually does).
