Big Tech brennt, #KI halluziniert, #Krypto ist immer noch ein Schneeballsystem, und die #USPolitik ist einfach nur noch dystopisch. Aber auch in #Deutschland brodelt’s: Polizei gegen Klimaaktivist*innen, rechte Netzwerke in Behörden, Queerfeindlichkeit steigt – und die Medien zucken nur mit den Schultern.

Deshalb sind wir auf #Mastodon. Deshalb bauen wir das #Fediverse: dezentral, solidarisch, werbefrei – keine Algorithmen, keine Milliardäre mit Größenwahn.

#Linux lebt. Freie Software ist Widerstand. Und wenn wir das alte System abbrennen müssen, um was Besseres zu bauen – dann los.

I cannot know for sure how good the upcoming 'Superman' will be, or how it will compare to the legacy of the Donner / Reeve films, but I both respect and appreciate how heavily into Krypto the Superdog the marketing has been leaning.

I also don't think I've ever related more to Superman in my life, because having an overenthusiastic dog, completely oblivious to its own weight, playfully jump and land full force on your back while you're lying face down, is definitely an experience. Admitting to some extreme personal bias, I love how they gave Krypto this happy chaotic goblin energy, he is still the goodest boy.
