I just realized that it's April 1st and we don't have anything prepared for codeberg.org, which at least 1 of you is using. if you have a suit and anything to take a picture with (and don't mind if that picture is visible in perpetuity, like in last year's experiment: web.archive.org/web/2024040114), then do reach out

keep in mind that I have an idea but haven't agreed on this with anyone. I'd sell it to you and confirm before doing anything

So i got my septum gauged up and repierced... I was the first piercing of the day for the poor piercer. Major shout out to them for keeping calm and getting me through it intact even if there was a little torture involved lol. Also do any other praise based creatures feel so special and bwave when a tattoo artist or piercer tells u u did well???

The first panel shows a close up of a needle through a grinning sheeps septum with GOOD JOB above it. The second panel has a pair of gloved hands working with a pair of hemostats to slide the jewelry into a taper through the sheeps nose. A voice bubble says “Now to get the jewelry in! The easiest part…”
A panel shows the sheep and piercer looking shocked as the jewelry slips from the hemostats and launches at mach speed! It bounces off the piercers head and three of walls before landing on the floor.
The shadow of the sheep and piercer overlook the jewelry on the floor. The piercer says “SHIT!” And the sheep says “AAAAA!”
Another panel shows the sheep sitting on the table with a needle stuck through its nose. It is bleeding. “7 min + new sanitized jewelry later…” The last panel shows the sheep smiling with blush on their cheeks. Their nose is bloodied but the ring is in and they have a single tear from their eye. The piercer says “you sat so well!” Enthusiastically while the sheep replied “eheh …thanks.”

Please consider supporting my translation work. It's free (libre), released under a cc-by 4.0 license, and can help reduce radicalization, because while Christian Nationalists don't listen to reason, they do (supposedly) read the Bible. A properly translated Bible is much more difficult to weaponize, which is why they tend to cluster around the ESV and CSB.
Even so, all translations currently being published have the stated goal of aligning the Bible to certain dogmas.
I fully intend to let the Bible speak for itself, without censorship. I have always held that, "where the Bible speaks, we speak, where it is silent, we are silent;" add to that, where it is vague, weird, or even self-contradicting.
