A cat stands very still, slyly glancing at the tip of its tail, where a hopeful fish has come for a nibble. On the tip of its tail grows a bit of tasty-looking vegetation. Its orange body has seaweed shaped patterns. From the top of the kitties head, branching flowers of green and orange blossom and sway, enticing the unwary to come closer. I had a really detailed #dream of how I was working on a law degree and did all the academic work, but failed to submit a paper in a class at the end because I couldn't make a coherent argument about some obtuse topic. So I decided not to sit the bar exam. I attended a cohort party where I had to repeatedly tell everyone how I failed to complete the work. Some people were nice to me and understood. Other people were aloof and condescending. Oddly the dream made me feel good.

In a later, cinematic dream, I played a "Star Wars" video game set after the sequel trilogy, except in this reality Luke and Leia were still alive and Ben survived instead of Rey. I played as Ben, who was once again tempted by the dark side, and the longer I played, the more immersive and real the game became. Eventually, I split off from Ben as my own character. I wish I could continue this dream another night to see how the story plays out.

I had a nightmare: was talking to a conspiracy nut/maga type. A woman. That’s enough of a nightmare. Right? Then she says “Gravity is a lie… its magnets” um. The feeling I got was sadness, disbelief and anger. Is there a word for this feeling??? #dream

On the upside, we programmers have such a low standard for what constitutes a good language: if the designer manages to nail any two of those characteristics, most of us are pre-programmed to like that language.
