PsyTrance Mojave Desert 2003
The synth line that arrives at 03:44 minutes is direct from August 2003, reminiscent of that summer month's psy{trance/breaks/progressive} desert event by LA's then-epic group, "Moon Tribe" held always on the full moon, deep into the wilds of the Mojave desert. Unofficial, never "permitted" by the state for us to use our own lands, so long as it was remote enough to be "in the middle of no-where".
Down a series of very specifically not-paved sandy desert tracks and land-management "access roads"... with several hundred of the group present, a massive full sound-system encompassed a parachute tented impromptu enclave. The Moon Tribe events were never formal, and they lasted as long as everyone wanted to stay out there, or until supplies and water and a need for a cold shower and more ice required a return to the 'civilized world'.
Twenty two years later, presently in that civilized world, sitting at my desk in another state so far away in all respects, once again there persists an awe and encompassing love for the mind's ability to transport snapshots of the sensory realm across space-time; only now simply close your eyes, mediate breathing, meditate on the flow of electrons, and open a channel into the mind's eye from that same starry night sky, the cool desert breeze brushing upon wetted lips, a pulsing body sensation from the ever-present bass reverberating a connection - enabling the channeling of sensation into The Now, with a simple synth-line unifying two sensory realms of energy more than two decades apart.

What is this LC-NA that i speak of? ... Why does it come up during periods where my mind gravitates towards wanting to hear PsyTrance? There's an old research document that I've been writing over the years, describing "'aural / neuronal data processing' as it relates to sensory response associations within the neuro-endocrine system's programming pathways", and this describes how certain musical response evokes a chemical response deep within the Dopaminergic Pathways of the brain; it's a neurological look into the scientific manner which define how and why we are capable of the "Experience and Feeling of Music".
Intrinsically involved with the aforementioned topic, inescapably so, is the LC...

If you've never had the pleasure (yes, this is sarcasm) of being jabbed in the thigh with one or more EpiPens (epinephrine == adrenaline), well let me tell you that it's a whole hell of a lot of being hit with a truckload of norepinephrine (nor == 'next to'), both of which (adrenaline and noradrenaline == epinephrine and norepinephrine) comprise two of the three Catecholamines .. the third being Dopamine...
ok ok brain, Enough 6am neuroendocrinology ... I have things to attend to over at the Cytochrome P450 medabolic modulator station (CYP450, specifically 3A4 and 2C6 and 2C19 inhibitors) aka "a cabinet in the kitchen where there are mad-scientist/alchemist organic compounds).
