Peace out, Clem Burke.

It’s only in the last couple of years that I got the (first few) Blondie albums on vinyl. Certainly I knew and enjoyed the hits, and respected the hell out of Burke. Getting into the deep cuts, the whole band is so good but they wouldn’t have been the band they were without Burke.

Welcome to the new listeners from #peru & #mexico this week. Mastodon is a fantastic way to connect with bright #jazz fans

JAZZ. Originated from the slang term "jasm," meaning "energy, vitality, or spirit", dating to the 1860s. This show is about that; always was, always will be.

Today I spin a combination of classics & modern, a set of NOLA jazz, some melodic, some erratic, featuring YEG's Brett Hansen & Mallory Chipman, and Rubim de Toledo, alongside YUL's Tevet Sela and Valerie Lacombe, Jasmine Myra, Wes Montgomery and many more
