This is one of *those* albums. Defined my late-teen & young adult taste. Influenced how I approached playing guitar & bass, as well as writing songs for a good portion of my life. Sounds as good as the day I first heard it.

Extremely simular to The La's. This album comes with same sound. A story of a seaside town going quiet into a empty and haunted place. I added the tickets from my collection because you can't tell me it wasn't partly inspired by the Arcade

It’s only in the last couple of years that I got the (first few) Blondie albums on vinyl. Certainly I knew and enjoyed the hits, and respected the hell out of Burke. Getting into the deep cuts, the whole band is so good but they wouldn’t have been the band they were without Burke.

From Jazz Fusion to a great slab of alternative music.

I love some of the early Britpop stuff (Suede, Elastica, etc) which can sometimes be a bit washy on the mix. But this has always been so crisp and fresh.

Chilled House which has some great songs on. Really low key release from 2023 that wasn't given the attention it deserved.
