I told my mom to always look for the #SSL lock in the URL bar before typing anything into a website (and check URLs for validity and so on).

Now, she never gets the SSL lock in Safari for any website. Ever. I tried to google why and am stumped. Any ideas?

I'm battling a really odd mobile #safari bug - or a behaviour I have yet to understand at least.

Buttons are super huge, different aspect ratio. I've tried literally everything including setting `-webkit-appearance: none;` and nothing works. Really odd.

Can someone explain to me why, in #iOS #Safari...

1. The menu item to close all tabs is only available when you are not looking at the tabs (you have to be looking at a single page). There's a perfectly good tab management icon with lots of menu items when you're looking at all the tabs, but the option isn't available there.
2. It's hidden behind a long press on the button normally brings up all the tabs. That took me months to find. I was closing the damned things by hand.
