Rafael<p>You have got to make these pickled onions, they're super easy and so good!<br>You'll need:<br>3 smallish red onions <br>3 habanero peppers*<br>2 tsp salt<br>1 lemon <br>White vinegar <br>Water<br>A wide mouth quart jar.</p><p>Peel the onions and slice into thin half moons. Pack the first onion into the jar then chop one of the habaneros and add it. Repeat until the jar is full. Robot Diver<p>This might not be that cost effective these days in the States, but eggs here in Canada are still pretty reasonable. </p><p>This is one of my favourite breakfasts. I find it helps to grate the garlic, and I sometimes skip the chili oil in favour of some jarred chili crisp or premade chili oil when I don't have the spoons. Worth using fuller fat yogurt for this too. </p><p>And don't fear poached eggs, they are far easier to make than most people realize. Black garlic 🧄 is black! First time using Black (Fermented) Garlic as it was hugely reduced ... two cloves went in a thai mushroom stir fry aka 'Pad Hed'

WELL ... amazing stuff. A huge unami kick, with the texture of slicing fudge when cutting it 😳 but definitely worked with mushrooms. Could be amazing in a spaghetti bolognese too.
