Espechally ban #SolderedDownStorage & #SolderedDownRAM as well as #GluedInBatteries and #PartsPairing as well as #iCloudLock because all these tactics solely exist to prevent #Repair and thus #Reuse and being an active generation of 100% avoidable #eWaste to the point that this needs to be prosecuted as #EnvoirmentalCrime by the sheer tonnage of #Waste that is being generated by Apple!

Anything else is undue #Leniency against any #GAFAMs that build #unrepairable #electronics!

@dw_innovation and that's also added by #AntiRepairDesign by all the #GAFAMs that do imacceptable stuff like #SolderedDownStorage, #SolderedDownRAM, #GluedInBatteries and #RivetedKeyboards that have no reason to exist except fleecing customers by overcharging them for more #Szorage & #RAM as well as enshuring #Repairability is twarted below cost-effective.

#RightToRepair must not only be enacted as a hard #law with severe penalties and wide-ranging demands for companies, but also must #AntiRepair-#Design be outlawed.

And don't even get me started on #MamfacturedEwaste like #AI #Chips and #ASIC|s for #Shitcoins like #Bitcoin which are inherently #unsustainable and unlike #CPU|s, #GPU|s and other #UsedHardware not really #refurbishable and #recycle-able or even #upcycle-able beyond being "the most complex, noisy and inefficient space heaters possible"...

Whereas a old #PC or #Laptop or even #Tablet can be somewhat repurposed to do something, even if it's just as #DIY #HomeLab #IT or as #GiveAway to those that need one but can't afford even a commercially #refurbished unit.
