Csepp 🌢<p>Trying to replace a battery in a Xiaomi <a href="https://merveilles.town/tags/Redmi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Redmi</span></a> has taught me a few things so far:<br>- <a href="https://merveilles.town/tags/LithiumIon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>LithiumIon</span></a> batteries are fucking scary<br>- flat top ribbon cable connectors are way too easy to damage<br>- adhesive strips are very easy to tear<br>- never ever buy <a href="https://merveilles.town/tags/Xiaomi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Xiaomi</span></a> again</p><p>Chiefly that last one. Fuck every company making phones with glued-in batteries. This shit should be illegal.</p><p>Foolish me already bought a spare battery. Well, at least it was a cheap one. Gonna at least do a walk of shame with it to a repair shop and ask them to pretty please fix what I broke.
