2. Another noticeable difference is that the Sega CD version tells you to "PRESS START" to begin the game. The Monkey Island has been moved to accommodate that, which I think slightly hurts the composition of the scene.

The intro doesn't even proceed to the lookout scene on its own. It just loops. When that happens, the music cuts off pretty awkwardly. That could be a ScummVM issue, but it was awkward when I tried it in an emulator too.

1. About a month ago, I picked up a second-hand copy of The Secret of Monkey Island for the Sega CD. But I haven't sat down and played it yet. Time to fix that. I want to see how it differs from the other versions I've encountered.

Right away, it uses a different Lucasfilm logo than the DOS version. In fact, I think it's the same one as the Amiga version uses, but I don't have that one.
