ℒӱḏɩę :blahaj:<p>Live in USA? The time to go solar is NOW.</p><p>If you have roof or ground space, you're going to want to use it. Electric rates are skyrocketing. I've had solar since 2017, so I didn't realize how high the rates are here in MD. </p><p>You don't need a wad of cash either. With the utility rates this high, even a zero-down loan or lease-to-own program can put you ahead.</p><p>Lastly, if you don't have space for solar, look into your local community solar projects and see if you can get a share.</p><p>The anti-climate idiots will try to get rid of the tax credit. So start researching now. EnergySage is a good start to help avoid scam installers. If you're local to WV panhandle, MD, PA or VA, the company I work for has exceptional ratings.</p><p>PS: Have gas or oil heating? Get a high efficiency heat pump (there are often programs to assist with the cost). You can't make gas, but you can make electricity!!</p><p><a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/solar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>solar</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/energy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>energy</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/prices" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>prices</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/potomacedison" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>potomacedison</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/maryland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>maryland</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/virginia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>virginia</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/westvirginia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>westvirginia</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/pennsylvania" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pennsylvania</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/renewables" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>renewables</span></a> <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/renewableenergy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>renewableenergy</span></a></p>

Clean power surpasses 40% of global electricity for first time since 1940s.

Clean electricity reached a historic 40.9% of global power in 2024, driven by record renewables growth, with solar and wind together exceeding hydropower for the first time.

Solar is leading the charge (now doubling every three years) and 80 countries now generate over half their electricity from clean sources. #climate #renewables #solar #wind #environment #energy

#EV roll out in #Pakistan is accelerating so fast companies are clashing over distributing rights in the race to the market

Most are #Chinese EVs, but theres a smattering of Korean & Japanese manufacturers collectively bringing tens of models to the country beginning this year

Coupled with the #Solar revolution, seems Pak might beat most of the G20 at green rollout this decade lol
