I'll be having chicken, rice, broccoli and cheese casserole that we made. Going to crumble up some of the new hot honey Ritz crackers and put on top.

I'm having left over noodles in alfredo sauce with Italian meatballs and grilled chicken as well as a piece of garlic toast.

Simple Sunday Bengali #Lunch of rice with masoor dal (bay leaf, panch phoron, touch of turmeric), winter vegetable [potato, squash, beans, green plantain, eggplant] eShukto* with bori‡ radhuni phoron, and some simple fried flounder (salt, turmeric, chilli powder)

*e for ersatz - no karela/bitter melon in this, nor sheem tho green beans stood in ok. Turned out ok if a bit different from the veg medley - mostly missing the bitter element.

My #fiance and I walked 5.5 km #today. For #lunch we made apple-carrot salad, meatballs, a sauce from dried mushrooms and mashed potatoes. This is what #holiday is made of. We have a cloudy day in Vatula in #Finland. The temperature is above 0 C but the wind is cold. Now it's time to heat the #sauna. #winterholiday #suomimastodon #holidayvibes #food

Today something from what I still had in the fridge. Tortellini filled with ricotta and spinaci, some vegetables, tomato sauce and #temphe for the sauce. Desert was a piece of vegan chocolate and the wrapper made a good crane. #food #lunch #veggie

Today I was a bit lazy and made baked #veggie with #tempeh and the half avocado I still had. Some yogurt with herbs and it was good to go, although 30 mins in the oven seemed to be too long. Next time. #food #lunch #pink #tuesday

I have multiple apps and documents open, when Windows informs me that they have to reboot my machine NOW.
Seems it was updating software in the background.
