This part ruined church was in use for almost 600 years between C13 and C19 before falling into disrepair. It was replaced by a new church nearby at the village of Greatham, Hampshire, England. Now only the small chancel remains, hanging on, perhaps awaiting the inevitable. April 2025.

This is an interesting-looking wee building on Duke Street in the East End of Glasgow, which has clearly seen better days. There's a ghost sign above one window indicating it was once a tobacconists (thanks to Dennistoun Style for pointing this last bit out).

A small single storey former shpp with a conical cupola over its entrance.

An abandoned mortuary building in the grounds of the former Gartloch Hospital in the east of Glasgow. Constructed in the 1890s, this simple, but rather elegant, church-like building was designed in a French Renaissance style by Thomson and Sandilands. The hospital closed in 1996, and while a number of its buildings have been converted into housing, this one has, so far, been left to decay.
