What #BoardGames do you really like, but you just can't win at? Whether it be solo or multiplayer?
Mine is Wayfarers of the South Tigris. I've played it 12 times against the solo AI deck, and I have NEVER won a single time. I've tried all the decks too, and I suck against every single one.
Tonight, I thought I was doing so well. It was finally going to be my time! I had so many space cards and inspiration cards... lost by 10 points.

Just got my copy of Winter Rabbit from Absurdist's Kickstarter! I havent gotten to play it since the beta. I need to find some time to play it soon.
Its a fun coop game based on Cherokee fables. Design and art are both by Cherokees.
Our 12 YO really got into playing #Everdell this weekend. He played it once with Linds helping him and then two more times on his own, and one of them he won!
I also had my first win against #Nightweave in the #Mistwood expansion. I tried out the Personality module and the Plots modules, both which I enjoyed. Next time I play, I will try out the Plans module.
[WIP] I printed the prototype Imperial cargo train last night, primed it today and waiting to paint it up. Designed to go with my factory/industrial terrain set coming later this month.
As usual, it takes Linds one time playing a game to really catch on, and then she straight demolishes me in our second play.
Our second #game of #UnconsciousMind only took around 1.5 hours, so quite a bit shorter than our first 2p game yesterday. Even though I lost, the experience is fun regardless.
Linds and I took off to celebrate my birthday bc she was out of town on the real day. I talked her into letting me teach her #UnconsciousMind. She liked it as we got into it but was definitely overwhelmed by the sheer amount of things on the table when we first started. It also took a long time to play but I think that will lessen as we play more, much like Ark Nova.
