This will also give current #SpaceHost #Kbin customers a path to migrate to #Mbin if they want to.
#SpaceHost is in the process of adding support for Mbin hosting.
It should be ready soon.
I've got a #spacehost question:
If I want to experiment with my server, say, by installing a custom theme or similar. Is there a way to do that? I don't see the option when logging in to my Spacehost account, so I feel kind of in the dark here...

SpaceHost update:
We have been working on making it so SpaceHost hosted Fediverse server instances can be hosted outside of the U.S.
I think our first non-U.S. location is going to be in the EU — I think in Germany.
With the second, maybe Canada.
We have the system built now. And, are now testing it for QA, to make sure everything is working OK.

SpaceHost actually integrated NodeBB back in May 2024, but NodeBB didn't connect to the Fediverse yet.
So, we held off in making it available.
But now, NodeBB Fediverse support is there.
So, after we update to the new version (NodeBB 4.0.0) and do some quality-assurance (QA) testing, we will make it available on https://spacehost.one/
NodeBB has reached an important new milestone — the latest version of NodeBB (version 4.0.0) now connects to the Fediverse!
#SpaceHost will add support for NodeBB, for fully-managed hosting.

For Mastodon as well as other Fediverse software, such as Akkoma (Akkomane = Akkoma + Mangane), Castopod, Friendica, Iceshrimp, Lemmy, Pixelfed, Pleroma, Sharkey, and more.
(As well as some other non-Fediverse DeSo, too. Ex: Matrix, etc.)
