“Watching You” by Robert Plant (1990)

youtu.be/a5cjuzt9MO0?si

22 years after the beginning of Led Zeppelin and 10 years after its end, #RobertPlant had nothing to prove with the release of Manic Nirvana in ‘90, but this album and its predecessor, Now & Zen, had the sound of the Zep frontman coming back around with a sense of acceptance of the oversized influence of that band.

A perfect album closer, it embraces the strut & swagger, the magic & mysticism of Zep.

Presence

The 7th from Led Zeppelin ~ released on March 31, 1976. It's an album created at a difficult time -- during Robert Plant's convalescence from a serious auto accident. Critics weren't too excited about it and it's the lowest selling Zepp album in the catalog. But its genius has become apparent over time.
