#SCOTUS ruled that under #civil #RICO #law a plaintiff may seek treble damages for business or property loss even if the loss resulted from #PersonalInjury. It’s a win for truck driver Douglas Horn who was fired when he failed a drug test after taking a tincture that said it only contained #CBD.
