Loomer walked into the WH with a sheaf of papers, which amounted to a mass of opposition research attacking the character & loyalty of numerous #NSC ofcls. She proceeded to excoriate them in front of their boss, the #NationalSecurity adviser #MikeWaltz, who was also in the meeting.
Loomer’s rhetoric & actions have been so #extreme that she has alienated others even on the #FarRight. She has shared a #ConspiracyTheory on social media calling the Sept 11th 2001, terrorist attacks an “inside job.”
A snr #MikeWaltz aide used the commercial email service for highly technical conversations w/colleagues at other govt agencies involving sensitive #military positions & powerful #weapons systems relating to an ongoing conflict, acc/to emails reviewed by WaPo. While the #NSC official used his #Gmail account, his interagency colleagues used govt-issued accounts, headers from the email correspondence show.
Members of #Trump’s #NationalSecurity Council #NSC, including WH #NationalSecurity adviser #MikeWaltz, have conducted govt business over personal #Gmail accounts, acc/to documents reviewed by WaPo & interviews with three #US officials.
Perhaps the Journalist was just shocked into action by the audacity, it didn't occur to him to exploit it?

In my day, PC-level officials (and lower, since I had one at a General Staff job but strangely did not have one as a DDIO...it depends on the agency & how much $ they're putting against it) were issued secure phones with specially developed and security vetted apps on them. It is true that people who don't have government issued phones do some coordination using their own phones. Things like "meeting on Wednesday at 9 a.m." with no other context. Technically government employees are not allowed to use their own phones or emails for official business. In reality, people who don't warrant issuing special equipment still need to communicate with their team. And they are not stupid enough to blab strike plans! A reporter was added to a White House principals committee Signal group. No, that shouldn't happen, and government entities discussing classified information shouldn't be operating this way. Obviously.

En eigenlijk het gehele #kabinet. #VVD #Brekelmans zouden de stekker er vandaag nog uit moeten trekken. Wat zien we met deze coalitie: geen bestaanszekerheid, oplopende huren, klimaat verarming, stikstof aanpak komt er niet en goed bestuur is er niet.
Zo dom en contra-productief, ook omdat de details van de financiering nog verre van duidelijk zijn, daarnaast is de nood hoog, onze nationale veiligheid is direct in gevaar momenteel, evenals die van andere EU landen.Dat heeft nu prioriteit, niet een toekomstige schuldenlast.
Graag nu stoppen met dit kabinet en verkiezingen, hier gaan we letterlijk "de oorlog niet mee winnen".
