City decided we "make too much" to qualify for LIHEAP this year, despite costs of living going up. Feb finna be rough. It's esp frustrating cuz Jan was so cold that our bill was super high & it ate the last of last year's LIHEAP. I'm gonna have to increase my goals & that upsets me
