Canon’s drivers were only for Windows XP and last updated long before the end of XP. Today’s Windows can’t do anything with the scanner. keet<p>Just for fun, I decided to finally bite the bullet and resurrect ye olde macbook pro (mid-2010) with an SSD and Linux Mint XFCE. I had already upgraded it to 8Gb RAM ages ago. To complete this sacrilege, I hope to use the Chicago95 theme.</p><p>I'm not a fan of planned obsolescence, and I'm definitely missing actual ethernet ports on modern mobile hardware.
