It was made to stop the visable <a href="https://friendica.myportal.social/search?tag=pollution" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pollution</span></a>, the visable ecosystem destruction, superfund site and protection of <a href="https://friendica.myportal.social/search?tag=endangered" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>endangered</span></a> species.<br>It wasn't designed with climate change or racial equity in mind at all.<br><a href="https://friendica.myportal.social/search?tag=Climatechange" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Climatechange</span></a> requires a way to override nimbys to streamline one time building of <a href="https://friendica.myportal.social/search?tag=transit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>transit</span></a>., dense infrastructure and renewable power grids.<br>At the moment the EPA is set up so it can be used as a weapon to stop anything needed to fight Climate change in terms of infrastructure building.<br>There needs to be an option for the EPA to weigh damage of building over damage caused by Climate change from not building it.<br>There also needs to be mechanisms so that BiPOC have the same tools as nimbys currently have and will have in the future to ensure they aren't undualy taken advantage of like they always have been.

Die Idee: Wer all seine Gesundheitsdaten auf der eGK speichert, zahlt 10 % weniger Krankenkassenbeiträge. Aber mal ehrlich: Nutzt Herr Merz eigentlich die ePA bzw. wird er das? Bevor ich zur ePA gezwungen werde, soll sie erst von Herrn Merz genutzt werden – davor werde ich mich mit allen rechtlichen Mitteln, die mir zustehen, ganz sicher verweigern.</p>

Gegen wen die Sanktionen verhängt werden sollen – Patienten oder Leistungserbringer oder beide – steht da nicht. Das müssen wir wohl abwarten.
