I am calling shenanigans on this. Survey is done by CSG, which is basically a "billing and customer solutions company." Basically, the company they hire to not hire humans to deal with customers.

I've GOT to get out of the #CustomerService game... I AM SO FUCKING TIRED of people calling up pissed off about trivial crap and screaming at me about it.
Unfortunately, nobody's #hiring people my age for system architects, sysadmins, network admins, or, really, anything else I'm overqualified for, so I'm pretty well #fucked for the rest of my life... unless I want to start my own business, which I don't, because I don't have spoons for all the extra paperwork and stress.

We canceled and replaced one of our #USAA credit card numbers back in October because we thought there were fraudulent charges on it (it turned out there weren't, but that's a different story).
Yesterday, February 4, 4 months after the number was replaced, USAA sent us a letter through their web site notifying us that the number had been canceled and replaced and what we needed to do about it.
Four. Months. Later.

Follow up on my recent JB Hi-Fi order:
I sent a support request with a polite “has something gone wrong?" question about my order. I actually suspected that maybe the item was out of stock as no stores had any and delivery was the only option (otherwise would have chosen click and collect).
It was then packed and shipped the same day and they have since apologised for the delay and refunded my shipping costs.
So credit where it is due well done JB that was a good bit of #customerService in the end.
JB Hi-Fi: Your order is expected to be delivered today, just like we promised it would be last weekend when you placed the order.
Also JB Hi-Fi: You order has not been packed or sent yet.
Me: Hmm I wonder which part of the order status page is wrong then?
Crazy experience in customer service this morning.
1. Actually reached a human when trying to solve a screw up.
2. The human actually listened.
3. The human solved the problem and went above and beyond in doing so.
Rare.
Case in point. Ordered these on Monday and got them earlier today. Likely would’ve gotten them on Tuesday if I hadn’t chosen to get the engraving. #Apple #CustomerService
I will say #Apple makes it really easy to pay with Apple Wallet. As in, they have their own version of a QR code to scan and pay.
And while they charge a premium, they give you free priority shipping no matter how small the order. Order it, and get it the next day. It's great #CustomerService
#Volkswagen will close 3 #factories, cut thousands of #jobs (for the first time in its history) and abolish its employment protection scheme - maybe if they hadn't dragged their heels building more affordable #EV 's (where is the #ID2 ?), enshittified existing models and reduced #CustomerService (including delaying #warranty claims) to pay for #Dieselgate they might not have ended up in this bad situation? #cars #Germany
