Veera Laukkarinen<p>Twin Peaks 1. ja 2. kaudet katsottu nyt läpi ensimmäistä kertaa. Jep.</p><p>Näen tässä mitä on kokeiltu. Samaan aikaan jotain vanhaa ja tuttua ja samaan aikaan jotain aivan muuta ja outoa. Minusta tuo ensimmäinen kausi toimii parhaiten sellaisenaan. Toisessa oli aika paljon taidelisää ja ehkä vähän liikaakin omaan makuun.</p><p>Lempihahmot ovat ehdottomasti Cooper ja Leo. Sure, one of them has a connection to agent Jeffries, but they also appear elsewhere, e.g. the one making noises and another with a switch, and a roomful of them. Lynch said it is not a kettle, just a machine. People try to name things to understand them. However, there are things which look ominous and speak to the unconscious, the rationally incomprehensible. Therefore, these remind a bit of the monolith in 2001: A space odyssey.</p>
