In my own past months of using Zen with its native <a href="https://infosec.space/tags/Workspaces" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Workspaces</a> & tabs, it also happened to me, twice, & it is most exasperating.

CliffMozilla over here adding Terms of Use to Firefox, which I don't think will go over very well.
